   When does the hotel night start and end?
Check-in time 3.00 p.m., check-out time 12.00 noon.
   Is it possible to check-in earlier then 03:00 pm?
Yes of course, but the possibility of early check in depends on the availability. Please contact the reception directly.
   Is it possible to check-out later than 12:00 noon?
Yes of course, but the possibility of late check out depends on the availability. Please contact the reception directly.
   Reservation, cancellation, payment
   Is there a pre-authorization prior to check-in?
Pre-authorization should be made upon check in and approved by the guest.
   How can I cancel my booking?
NIn case of cancellation please contact reception directly or the agent you made the booking with.
   Is a prepayment for the reservation required?
In the case of group reservations over 10 rooms, an advance payment is required.
   How can I pay before arrival?
Please contact the hotel reception by phone or e-mail. The stay can be prepaid for by credit card and bank transfer.
   Parking
   Do you have a parking?
For guests traveling by car, we offer attended car park located about 1km from our hotel - porter assistance guaranteed.
   Is it possible to leave the car in the parking lot after check-out?
Of course, the car can remain in the car park after check-out for an additional fee.
   Is the car park in the open air?
Our car park is in open-air. It is a guarded and closed square.
   Pets
   Is it possible to come to the hotel with a pet?
Pets are welcome. The cost of a dog or cat stay is 200 PLN for the entire stay. Other animals - please contact us.
   Wellness & Spa
   What are the opening times of the Wellness & Spa?
Wellness & Spa Centre is open until 09:00 pm.
   Can I use Wellness & Spa after check-out?
Yes, hotel guests can use the Wellness & Spa area after check-out.
   Do you have to go to the wellness & spa zone in disguise? Are there changing rooms?
You can go to the Wellness & Spa zone in bathrobes or change using changing rooms.
   Can the Wellness & Spa zone be used by people who are not hotel guests?
Wellness & Spa zone is available for hotel guests free of charge. For others single entry pass can be purchased.
   Are the bathrobes one size?
We have bathrobes in various sizes.
   Family
   Are extra beds available?
Of course, the cost of an extra bed is 200 PLN per night.
   Breakfast
   Can I have breakfast on the terrace?
The Sky Bar is open from 12:00 during the summer season. Unfortunately it is not possible to eat there.
   Can I invite a friend who is not a hotel guest to breakfast?
Of course, outside guests are welcome to breakfast. The cost of an additional breakfast is 110 PLN from person.
   Can we order a lunchbox instead of breakfast?
Yes, we can prepare a lunchbox instead of breakfast upon request.
   Hotel bar, Sky bar
   Where is the hotel bar located?
The hotel bar is located on the ground floor. We also have a Sky Bar, which is open during the summer season and is located on the 6th floor.
   Until what time is the hotel bar open?
The hotel bar is open until 11:00 pm.
   Is the Sky Bar open all year round?
The Sky Bar is open during the summer season.
   Is Sky Bar only available to hotel guests?
SKY Bar is open to both hotel and outside guests.
   In a room
   Can I smoke in the rooms?
All the rooms are non-smoking.
   Is there a kettle in the room?
The rooms are not equipped with a kettle. It is available on request.
   Can I make calls to external numbers from my room phone?
Yes. You can use telephone in the room to connect with external numbers.
   What views dominate through the shutters in the rooms?
Due to the building history and type, most of the view overlooks the hotel patio or Szczepańska street.
